Filled with stink and unfriendly management. I booked through a third party vendor and they put my family in a smoking room. I told the manager that I have two young children but he didn't even blink an eye and gave me an attitude. I felt so discriminated. I didn't not want to cause a scene because my children were asleep. We spent the night in a damp and cigarette smell infested room where I was only able to sleep couple of hours. As soon as my kids got up we left the place. We didn't even take shower because even the shower curtain stunk with cigarette smell. We all got changed and placed all of our clothes in a trash bag and tied it up so the stink won't seep out. We managed to vent the smell stuck in our hair by being in the open air for awhile. Worst lodging experience ever. Never will I recommend this place to anyone I know. Maybe others who stayed here had better luck with their room but the management was very rude and inconsiderate in accommodating a customer traveling with children. Very unethical operation.

Walls are paper thin. Stayed there for 5 nights and every night had to listen to the person next door sawing logs like a lumberjack. The last night I was there, the people above me trotted in at about 230 am and proceded to stomp around for another hour. The lesson I learned was always try to get a room attached to an outside wall on the top floor. Was charged over $* dollars for a local call that lasted less than 20 seconds. Room had a small dorm fridge that rattled until I unplugged it and the handle to the faucet in the shower came off in my hand. Continental breakfast was ok. Coffee, juice, milk, few pieces of fruit, odd make your own waffles thing, hard boiled eggs, and generic donuts presumably from the closest gas station which surprised me since you can't throw a rock without hitting a Dunkin Donuts. Absolutely would not stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times this past spring for business and the people at the desk have been very friendly toward me right fromt he beginning, and are willing to go the extra mile to help out when I lost my cell phone adapter. The place is very new and well kept as well. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice hotel at a great rate in the Saratoga Springs area.

08/09/2006The worst shower head ever! garbage piles up...they ran out of milk and coffee at breakfast...sticky counters and tables...hallways at 80 degrees...soon to be horribly mismanaged ...
